Who we are looking for:

As the UX Lead for LATAM, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of four UX designers in creating user-centered digital experiences for our various brands and platforms. You will advocate for user needs and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, from our websites and mobile apps to emerging technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Latin American market, including cultural nuances and technology adoption trends. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables to communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless UX design integration.
• Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Analyze user data and provide recommendations to enhance the user experience.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively communicate the rationale behind each decision.
• Manage UX projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing for various digital platforms, including web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (English is a plus).
• Deep understanding of the Latin American market and its cultural nuances.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating engaging and user-friendly experiences.
