About the Role: 

The Account Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of account management specialists and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and achieving team performance goals. The Account Supervisor will provide guidance, coaching, and support to their team, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed. 

Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership & Management: 

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of account management specialists. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. 
  • Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage. 

 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships. 
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues. 
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and complaints. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Proactively identify and address potential client concerns. 

 

Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction. 
  • Participate in client meetings as needed. 

 

Who We Are Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience with CX and digital project management is a plus.
