We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. You're a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist Account Team in managing client communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Track and monitor client performance metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Strategy, Media) to address client needs, ensure seamless service delivery and foster positive team engagement.
- Aid in ongoing integration and cooperation with IAT partners.
Account Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of account plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Support Account Team in conducting regular client meetings to review performance, discuss opportunities, and build relationships.
- Identify and qualify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (e.g., Workday)
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and team members, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Process client orders and invoices.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project status and communications.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
