VML, part of WPP Group, is looking for a brilliant Account Intern passionate about communication.

The Account Intern will support the Account Team with the following activities

  • Contribute to timely and accurate completion of delegated tasks.
  • Contribute to building rapport and credibility with the client based on trust, good advice, responsiveness to client needs and flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for client.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day development of the client's marketing projects from start to finish; secures approvals required by the client (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensures progressive steps in the process are approved with time to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the organization of client presentations, meetings and conference calls and prepares relevant documents including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports.

Skills

  • Knowledge of online/offline advertising.
  • Level of English: from good to fluent depending on the Business (Domestic/International).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Power Point. The knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus.
  • Communication – both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
