Who We're Looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and streamline legal and contractual operations for a top-tier B2B tech client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchase order creation and management, and for liaising with multiple parties to ensure project success. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Submission of PO requests using the client’s proprietary systems
  • Management of new requests, amendments or change orders
  • Validation of contracts to inform PO submission
  • Coordination with Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Preparation and presentation of reports showcasing  the progress and success of projects/tasks
  • Optimization and improvement of processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all project operations
  • Coordination with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the legal landscape, including developments that could affect or improve project delivery

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law or related field
  • Proven experience in Marketing/Legal/Organizational Development within fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience with purchase order creation and management
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal compliance
  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple parties to achieve project success
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a legal or contractual environment
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures 
  • Goal oriented, collaborative, and detail-focused, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to learn work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external senior partners
  • Strong proficiency in English
