.Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for mid-level candidates to get involved in Internal (Agency) and External (Client) Operations within a Global organization and Regional COE. Focused on cross-functional team operations and stakeholder management, this opportunity presents visibility to across external and internal organizations and ways of working.
Client Engagement Manager - Content Operations will be an expert at:
- Content Planning Calander Management
- Project and Program Management
- Change and Risk mitigation Management
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management
As the Client Engagement Manager - Content Operations, your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end project management to ensure all the requirements and plans in overall program aspects (Strategy, Creative, Production and Delivery) are properly manage implementation with mitigation and contingency plans.
You will collaborate with a broad array of clients - including Marcom, Comms, Product Experts; and internal stakeholders - including Strategy, Creative and Production.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Manager - Content Operations will be required to:
- Key POC for business-critical programs such as – coordination and management of content production calendar, content delivery project plans and timelines, client and vendor coordination, and asset rights management.
- Coordinate stakeholders’ activities to maintain detailed task lists and timelines, prioritize work and report regularly on progress.
- Be responsible for understanding and complying agreed Operations Framework, drive Business Compliance and Maturity Model for end-to-end teams to practice with agency and client teams.
- Maintain regular cadence of internal and external stakeholder updates on - progress reports, risk and gaps, support needed, upcoming deadlines/tasks and next steps.
- Highlight potential gaps, risks and improvement areas. Initiate and manage escalations, process improvement to close the gap and mitigate the risk.
- Lead support for cross-functional team members across the operational programs, work with stakeholders to maintain and optimize the content operations processes.
- Explore and propose cost efficiencies and value add initiatives to internal and external stakeholders that can help achieve better outcome.
Desired Profile
- Experience in agency and client operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Business/Program Management or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing Complex and Large-scale Content Program/Projects.
- Experience on working cross markets, cross culturally and multiple teams.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, proactive and self-starter.
- English - Business fluent. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Business tools - MS Office, JIRA/Confluence/Sharepoint (or similar collaboration tools).
Preferred, but not required:
Understanding of automotive industry, and content production operations
