✨ Details:
- Location: Hybrid model – 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
- Reporting Line: Account Supervisor
- Close Collaboration: Creative Team, Strategy Team, Influencer Team
🥇 What you'll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and communication strategies.
- Assisting in managing 360° communication projects – from creative concept to final execution.
- Coordinating creative, production, strategic, and media teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client, supporting senior team members in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Preparing creative briefs, status reports, presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries.
- Driving projects forward while ensuring high-quality execution and effective communication between teams.
- Participating in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and status updates to maintain alignment and efficiency.
🔑 What you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Experience in supporting projects across social media, digital, and non-standard marketing activities.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset – you don’t just see challenges; you find ways to overcome them.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding creative processes and bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Budget management skills and attention to detail.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Native-level proficiency in Polish is a must.
