Il ruolo

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Junior Financial Controller che si unisca al nostro team Finance. In questo ruolo, supporterai il team nelle attività di controllo di gestione, contribuendo all'analisi dei dati e al monitoraggio delle performance aziendali.

 

Responsabilità:

  • Supportare il team nel processo di budgeting e forecasting.
  • Analizzare i dati finanziari e individuare eventuali scostamenti.
  • Preparare report periodici sull'andamento economico-finanziario dell'azienda.

  • Monitorare i KPI e contribuire all'identificazione di aree di miglioramento.
  • Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per la raccolta e l'analisi dei dati.
  • Supportare le attività di chiusura mensile e annuale.
  • Contribuire all'implementazione di nuovi strumenti e processi di controllo di gestione.

 

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o Ingegneria Gestionale.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti informatici.
  • Forte capacità analitica e di problem solving.
  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
