En VML buscamos un/a Agente Administrativo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo y gestionar programas de fidelización. 

A quién buscamos:

  • Título técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante universitario en carreras administrativas, mercadeo o afines.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en roles administrativos, servicio al cliente o similares, idealmente en programas de fidelización o retail.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Conocimiento de plataformas CRM o de gestión de clientes (deseable).
  • Orientación al detalle, capacidad analítica y habilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para resolver problemas.
