.Job Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager with expertise in CRM, Data-driven marketing and MarTech to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing CRM strategies, leveraging marketing technology, and optimizing customer data to enhance engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into CRM and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, and data teams) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with data analysts and performance teams to drive ROI-focused marketing strategies.
- Understand MarTech tools to improve personalization, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes, while ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with industry trends in CRM, data, and MarTech to drive innovation for clients.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and gain their trust.
- Track KPIs, measure campaign success, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or MarTech (agency experience preferred).
- Strong background in customer engagement, personalization strategies and data-driven marketing.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent in English Communication both verbal and written skills.
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, optimistic attitude, service minded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
