Where you shine
Provides executional support across all disciplines, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brand. Solves problems and builds relationships with internal teams to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are clearly communicated and executed. Ensures agency success by keeping projects in line with the scope of work, and reviewing work to ensure all assets are secured and correct. Report to the Squad Director or Associate Director, Project Management.
What your success will look like
- Mastering all steps that a project goes through to release as complete, including pre-production and production
- Developing timelines and managing projects to a timeline, with a clear understanding of how each step impacts the end deliverable, and tracking projects on a daily basis
- Learning what each Agency department delivers and how they function
- Evaluating workload and capacity of team members to assign a team to each project
- Prioritization of projects within a team
- Problem-solving through a thorough review and familiarity with project documentation, and knowledge of Agency processes and teams, working with team as needed
- Clear and concise written and verbal communications with teammates across all levels and departments
Who you are and what you bring
- 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Energy and passion for the work
- MS Office fluency, and knowledge of MS Teams and Smartsheet a plus
- Multitasks well in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communications with all internal teams, understanding that listening is as important as speaking and doing
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing small and medium scale project implementations from start to finish
- Experience with direct client interaction and indirect financial management responsibilities a plus
