We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Jr./Ssr. with experience in recruiting and selecting digital or marketing profiles to join our team. This position requires a proactive profile with strong communication skills and a strong focus on talent attraction.

What you will do?

  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition process (end to end)

  • Gather profile requirements with hiring managers and define talent attraction strategies.

  • Post job vacancies on various platforms and implement hunting and sourcing strategies.

  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.

  • Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.

  • Support the onboarding process and follow up on new hires.

What you will need?

  • Advanced student or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in similar recruitment and selection roles.

  • Knowledge of digital or marketing profiles.

  • Advanced/bilingual English (mandatory).

  • Experience in talent hunting and sourcing.

  • Ability to work in an organized.
