Estamos procurando por um estagiário dinâmico e proativo que esteja pronto para mergulhar no mundo do atendimento publicitário e apoiar nossa equipe em todas as entregas do dia a dia.

 Como será o seu dia a dia

  • Participar de dailys e reuniões de status com o time e clientes;
  • Dar suporte na operação e processos desenvolvidos junto aos departamentos e cliente;
  • Acompanhar calendários e marcar reuniões, garantindo que tudo esteja no prazo;
  • Acompanhar solicitações de ajustes e desdobramentos de peças;
  • Revisar junto ao time os pedidos do dia-a-dia;
  • Participar da organização de rede e faturamento e também das entregas táticas;
  • Apoiar na organização das principais demandas, eventos e documentos essenciais;

O que esperamos de você:

  • Inglês Intermediário;
  • Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office (powerpoint, excel e word);
  • Muita proatividade;
  • Muita vontade de aprender;
  • Ser ligado(a) em detalhes;
  • Organização;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Força de vontade;
  •  Dedicação;
  • Gostar de uma rotina agitada e dinâmica;
