✨ Details:
- Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
- Reporting Line: Account Director
- Close Collaboration: Creative Team, Production Team, Strategy Team
🥇What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the account while ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and communication strategies.
- Leading 360° communication projects – from creative concept to final execution.
- Coordinating creative, production, strategic, and media teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs are met with innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Preparing creative briefs, status reports, presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries.
- Driving projects forward while maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations.
- Taking part in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and status updates to ensure alignment and efficiency.
🔑What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, ideally in an advertising agency.
- Experience in managing projects at the intersection of social media, digital, and non-standard marketing activities.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset – you don’t just see challenges; you find ways to overcome them.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- A strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Budget management skills and attention to detail.
- Good or very good English (B2 level).
