We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Creative Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our creative department, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining our high standards of creative excellence.​

Creative Resourcing & Traffic Management:

  • Oversee the allocation of creative resources across all projects, ensuring optimal utilization of team members.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Monitor the skill sets, strengths, and areas for growth of each creative team member to effectively match them with suitable projects.
  • Identify and manage freelance needs, from sourcing talent to negotiating contracts and handling financial agreements.

Project Oversight:

  • Provide an overview of all ongoing creative projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a central point of communication between different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Regularly check in with team leads to review project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed.

Creative Excellence Management:

  • Partner with the CCO and ECDs to identify award opportunities and manage the submission process.
  • Maintain relationships with global and regional creative excellence teams.
  • Stay informed about the awards landscape and industry trends to maximize recognition opportunities.
  • Organize and manage all aspects of award entries, including submission forms, asset preparation, and payment processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within a creative agency or environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, resource management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the creative awards landscape and experience in managing award submissions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing freelance relationships.
