Are you a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and driving transformative change? We're seeking a dynamic CX Business Unit Director to join our team and lead the charge in crafting unforgettable customer journeys.
As a CX Business Unit Director, you will:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CX professionals.
- Financial Management: Own the P&L, manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute integrated CX strategies aligning with client objectives, leveraging direct marketing, CRM, UX/UI, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
- Growth & New Business: Drive organic growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business development.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team and clients.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient project delivery, on time and within budget.
If you possess:
- Proven P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Deep B2B marketing and CX expertise.
- Direct marketing campaign development and execution experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage CX initiatives.
- 8+ years in a client-facing role within a marketing/CX agency (B2B focus).
- Expertise in CX principles and methodologies across various channels (Direct Marketing, CRM, UX, UI, SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
