Senior Analyst, Web Analytics & Performance

Senior Analyst, Web Analytics & Performance supports various stakeholders by pulling and analyzing website data and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations on our Ford account. You will help analyze available data to determine the appropriate next steps for providing the most relevant information to stakeholders for business and marketing decisions.

You Will:

· Review, analyze and report on website traffic, user behavior, and functionality while looking for trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

· Synthesize and interpret marketing data into a narrative of business performance and actionable insights in deliverables of various formats

· Create measurement frameworks that identify KPIs and diagnostic measures for marketing programs

· Collaborate with business, technology and analytics partners to determine data needs and establish data collection requirements based on those needs

· Lead analytics and tagging implementation, including configuration of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other Martech tools

· Organize, prioritize, and develop modern web strategies. Perform and analyze site audits to create data driven decisions for future changes.

· Work closely with site development, authoring and tagging team to ensure seamless and consistent reporting and anlaytics

· Plan, implement and manage marketing optimization programs (e.g.: A/B testing)

· Create testing artifacts and coordinate with QA to test tracking implementations

· Debug, troubleshoot, and fix tracking configuration and solution integration issues

· Create dashboards, perform deep-dive analysis and identify actionable insights to improve the client experience and optimize business key performance indicators

· Collaborate and provide hands-on, expert-level platform assistance to other team members as necessary

· Provide well researched POV documents on a variety of data and Martech solutions related to client business and technology needs

· Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience

· 5+ years of related experience working in website analytics

· Hands on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is critical

· Demonstrated ability to connect paid media tools, CRM, and Social Monitoring tools with site analytics tools to gain integrated online marketing insights

· Expert knowledge in digital metrics, dimensions and KPIs

· Power BI proficiency for dashboard development with multiple data sources

· Experience working in Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ, Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager (GTM)

· Experience with multivariate and experimental test platform(s) (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer, etc.)

· Knowledge of SEO best practices.

· Basic development skills as needed to support analytics and tagging implementation: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers

· Strong problem-solving skills, breaking down complex issues to find the root cause

· Experience working independently, self-managing, and managing others on projects to deliver results supporting multiple clients and stakeholders

· General understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology and advertising technology

· Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, other departments, clients, and vendors

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Establishes and maintains productive working relationship with internal and external contacts. Must be able to work in a team environment and share knowledge
