Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content distribution strategy across key social media platforms, including Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others as required.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the project’s positioning, tone of voice, and broader brand objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring all content is published in a timely manner and optimized for engagement.

Content Development & Oversight

  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to conceptualize, brief, and review high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content formats, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that all creative assets and copy meet the highest standards.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Act as the digital voice of the brand, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment to identify engagement opportunities and mitigate potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure a balance between brand-led storytelling and real-time audience interaction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Use analytics tools such as Emplifi, Sprinklr, or native platform insights to measure content effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall impact.

Brand & Industry Alignment

  • Stay updated on Saudi Arabia’s digital landscape, key industry trends, and social media best practices to maintain relevance and innovation.
  • Ensure that all content adheres to the brand’s guidelines, cultural nuances, and strategic messaging priorities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to trend-spotting, identifying ways to integrate culturally relevant themes into social content.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within real estate, luxury brands, destination marketing, or government-backed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Proven ability to curate, manage, and optimize premium brand content that drives engagement and brand affinity.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce compelling social-first content.
