Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate Senior Training and Development Analyst to join our People team. This temporary position, initially for 3 months, offers the possibility of extension and/or conversion to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive the professional growth of our employees.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement innovative and effective training programs aligned with business needs and People strategies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (identifying needs, gap analysis, etc.).
  • Develop training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, etc.) using various methodologies and tools.
  • Manage training logistics (registration, invitations, learning platforms, etc.).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements.
  • Manage the budget allocated to training activities.
  • Collaborate with other People areas to ensure the alignment of training programs with global strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in training and development.

What you'll need:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on designing and implementing training programs..
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Advanced level of english is a plus
