Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a CRM Strategy Sr. with strong analytical skills and a passion for strategy to join our team and work with a leading client in the premium alcoholic beverages industry.
You will lead the client's CRM strategy by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans to optimize the customer experience, increase loyalty, and achieve marketing objectives, increase data optimization.
What you’ll do:
- Define | Work directly with clients at the outset of an assignment to define (or redefine) the right opportunity and the right problem to solve. Present directly to clients, gaining their trust by telling a concise and compelling story to explain our strategies and approach.
- Uncover | Provide analysis and artifacts to help devise world-class insights that contribute to thoughtful and potentially disruptive strategies. Constantly separate signals from noise in a large quantity of information and rapidly distill it for key stakeholders and creators. Share perspectives and recommendations clearly and persuasively (both orally and in written form), demonstrating a strong storytelling capability.
- Innovate | Develop deliverables such as research plans and analysis, experience briefs, customer journeys, roadmaps, and participating in workshops. You’ll provide strategic inputs throughout the creation of the ideal customer experience – from vision and conception to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate | You’ll serve as a subject-matter expert in all things experience strategy and help lead both clients and peers alike to help think about opportunities that solve business challenges, while meeting brand and customer needs. You’ll work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of Content Strategists, Designers, Project Managers, Account Teams, and Technologists, demonstrating and inspiring by showing your knowledge of your craft.

Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Strategy: Define and lead the client's overall CRM strategy, setting objectives, KPIs, and a roadmap for action.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources (CRM, web, social media, etc.) to identify actionable insights.
• Campaign Brief Creation: Develop detailed briefs for the creative and design team, defining the target audience, key messages, communication channels, tone and style of communication, and KPIs for each campaign, ensuring that the CRM strategy is reflected in the creative execution.• Campaign Execution Supervision: Monitor the implementation of campaigns bythe creative and design teams, ensuring that deadlines are met and consistency with the brief and CRM strategy is maintained.
• Measurement and Optimization: Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns,analyze results, and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in CRM, digitalmarketing, and the premium alcoholic beverages industry.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, account planning or digital marketing roles, ideally in agencies or companies in the alcoholic beverages or premium sector.
• Certification in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in data analysis with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present reports and strategies to different audiences.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a team with different areas.
• Passion for digital marketing and knowledge of the premium alcoholic beverages industry.
• Proven experience in A/B testing, optimization strategy development, performance data analysis, and managing push notification campaigns.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in creating briefs for creative teams.
• Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
