Who we are looking for:

The Account Executive will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working from Costa Rica. The role includes daily client contact and integration with regional teams as well as corresponding client’s counterparts. 

Will manage brand communication with customers through CRM platforms to increase retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.

The Account Executive provides daily coordination between the teams, effectively delivering full agency capabilities and solutions to local clients, establishing local marketing priorities, assisting in the development and execution of yearly plans, and implementing steps to achieve deliverables for the agency and the client, both on time and on budget. Overall, the Account Executive’s role is to provide support to the  client in order to meet business challenges and goals. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage | Manage client projects from initiation to completion under supervision. Oversee creative execution and ensure adherence to client identity/corporate guidelines. Manage and maintain weekly client status reports and conduct weekly status meetings. Maintain overall quality control. 
  • Collaborate | Coordinate with the team in developing projects and promotional plans. Participate in writing creative briefs and ensure briefs are followed by all team members. Assist the team in analyzing data and creating budgets with minimal supervision. Assist team in managing and analyzing finances. Build agency and client relationships. 
  • Process | Prepare timelines and contact reports. Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses.

Assist with day-to-day account problem solving by providing guidance to junior team and raising issues and solutions to senior team. Dig in and figure out how to work around problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of brands, acting as the main point of contact for all CRM

communication needs.

• Develop content strategies for CRM, including emails, SMS messages, push

notifications, and chatbots.

• Implement and manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns

through the CRM platform.

• Analyze customer data in the CRM to identify opportunities for improvement in

communication and segmentation.

• Prepare reports and presentations for clients on the performance of CRM

campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative and technical team to ensure the correct

implementation of CRM communication strategies.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.

• Work closely with creative teams to ensure the successful implementation of

marketing and communication strategies.

• Manage and communicate expectations, timelines, and project status effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or

communication, with at least 2 years of specific experience using CRM platforms.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM communication strategies

for different stages of the customer lifecycle.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics

365.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt the

message to different audiences.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and

clients simultaneously.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet

or exceed client expectations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Certification in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other relevant CRM platforms.

• C1 level of English

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge in Figma
