For this specific role, it will be working for one of the world's biggest and most well-known brands; we are looking for someone who keen to work in an international team that works across the UK, Germany, and Belgium markets.
- You will be working with a focus on the client's Employer Branding for their online Stores (for UK and European markets).
- Creating Recruitment campaigns, toolkits, strategic papers, online videos, and other deliverables to help recruit the right talent for its business needs.
- We are looking for someone keen to work in an international team, with members split between different countries, to service a client mainly (but not entirely) based in London.
- To foster close client relationships, the client services team will spend (at least) 1 day a week at the client's London offices.
- You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all projects run smoothly and within budget. Projects tend to last a few months and have many dependencies; you will lead the internal teams through a structured planning approach.
- It's an ever-changing brand, and this requires someone who loves creating structure but is agile enough to start afresh when briefings change unexpectedly, perhaps in the middle of the project.
- Working in this team requires a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and principles. Our work is always rooted in strategy, so an interest in strategy is a must.
Requirements:
- Background working within an advertising agency.
- Experience on international clients is an advantage.
- Experience with ATL and BTL channels and knowledge of a wide range of offline and digital assets.
- Excellent communicator.
- Pro-active and passionate.
- Outgoing and inquisitive.
- Passion for strategic and creative development.
- Good understanding of clients’ business.
- Managing expectations internally and externally.
- Good at building long-lasting client relationships.
