Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Utilize deep knowledge of paid search technology to develop strategies and manage bi-lingual campaigns in multiple markets.
- Execute campaigns across various platforms including Google Search, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated with all social platforms, understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
- Introduce new formats and technology to enhance the presence on social media.
- Work closely with agency partners to suggest and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Develop paid search and social media strategies.
- Create media plans and set KPIs for campaigns.
- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations for KPI check-in reports and PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis).
- Create media audience insights presentations based on campaign data.
- Prepare and manage all paid social media plans and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for specs sheet creation and assets delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver concepts in the most relevant and insightful way for the target audience.
- Support with Campaign Status Reports.
- Review and edit organic social boxes.
- Provide screenshots and relevant details for weekly Campaign Status Reports.
- Collect supplier reports for weekly KPI check-ins.
- Extract competitor media spends and ad views data and prepare Competitor Analysis presentations.
- Prepare and present strategic paid social media recommendations to clients and line managers.
- Include objectives, strategy, rationale, and measures of success in presentations.
Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate confidence, proactivity, and strong leadership qualities.
- Proven experience in managing paid social and search campaigns.
- Deep understanding of paid search technology and social media platforms.
- Ability to develop strategies and manage campaigns in multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Experience in budget management and media planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with agency partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovation to campaigns.
- Fluency in English (bi-lingual capabilities are a plus).
