Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure High-Quality Creative Output: Develop and originate creative ideas, manage project timelines, adhere to Creative Briefs, and maintain consistency with strategic branding.
  • Client Liaison: Present various stages of work to clients, addressing their requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Team Mentorship: Act as a mentor by providing developmental opportunities, answering questions, and guiding the creative team on resource utilization.
  • Freelance Supervision: Oversee freelance staff by assigning projects that align with their individual skill sets.
  • Executional Excellence: Ensure high-quality execution by assigning appropriate resources, managing timelines, and promoting strategic brand objectives.
  • Internal Workflow Management: Utilize effective delegation and resource management to ensure smooth internal workflow, providing direction and counsel as needed.
  • Creative Process Oversight: Regularly meet with Art Directors and Account Management teams to review project development, assess work progress, and ensure alignment with the Creative Brief.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising agency.
  • A strong and versatile creative portfolio.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of print and broadcast production processes.
  • Proven team player with creative integrity and global market exposure.
  • Demonstrated initiative, versatility, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Strong time management, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office; skills in Flash animation and Director are a plus.
  • Telecom experience is a must!
