You will also support the establishment of access controls and security measures for this data.
- Process Improvement: Identify challenges that present opportunities to improve data management processes. Streamline data flows and enhance data quality across Workday and other HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Data Training and Awareness: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data privacy, protection, and governance for the UK and EMEA markets. Work with the global data team to create training materials and run sessions for HR market leads on best practices for data entry, quality standards, and governance policies. - Issue Resolution: Collaborate with HR market leads across the region to investigate and resolve data-related challenges. Partner with the global data team to identify root causes and implement solutions in line with VML’s global data strategy.
- Data Integrity Audits: Plan and conduct regular audits to assess data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and provide reports on the findings.
