VML is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented content editor with project manager skills.

In this role, you will manage projects across various digital channels while actively contributing to content creation, editing, and optimization.

What You Will Do?

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including marketing tools for automation, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing various content, such as websites, blogs, press releases, articles, and social media platforms.
  • Copy and manage website content, ensuring alignment with other media channels.
  • Collaborate closely with web designers and developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure flawless execution of digital assets.
  • Organize regular and ad-hoc calls with internal teams and clients to clarify plans, volumes, and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and ensuring clear and achievable requirements.
  • Ensure processes are followed, and market standards are applied.

What You Will Need?

  • Experience with CMS systems (WordPress) or site builders (e.g., Webnode).
  • Good knowledge of HTML; experience with Drupal is a plus.
  • Previous QA experience is highly welcomed.
  • Solid understanding of project management, client service, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to project and direction changes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project), Jira by Atlassian, and other process-related systems (e.g., Minitab).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; Czech is a bonus.
