VML is looking for a Project Manager who will be the main point of contact for clients, production, account managers, and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for overall request and project management, including marketing tools for automation, websites, and email campaigns.

What You Will Do?

  • Coordinate requests and projects, including their triage and review.
  • Gather information from clients to ensure internal teams can deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Organize regular and ad-hoc calls to understand plans, volumes, or address any issues within the scope of work.
  • Contribute to project planning and scheduling.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external client teams to ensure all project requirements are clear and achievable.
  • Ensure processes are followed, and market rules are applied.

What You Will Need?

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of client service, direct marketing principles, project processes, and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of web environments, digital production, or technical experience in digital media (a big plus).
  • Strong initiative and the ability to act as an independent leader.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet team deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to project or direction changes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project), process-related systems (Minitab or similar), and Jira by Atlassian.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Czech.
