The opportunity:
Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead is required to work alongside well-known international clients to improve the conversion rate and overall performance of clients' applications. As a CRO Lead, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of key optimisation programmes, including experimentation, personalisation, and customer activation.
As a CRO Lead, you will be a key point of contact for both internal and external teams building relationships and understanding to drive forward complex CRO programmes. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple clients with varying degrees of optimisation maturity. You will support them with all aspects of CRO, from strategic through to technical, and will be tasked with running large-scale experimentation programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the planning and implementation of experimentation, personalisation and activations across multiple clients leveraging the existing frameworks within the Optimisation team
- Planning and scheduling programme timelines, prioritising test hypotheses for impactful optimisation roadmaps
- Managing a cross functional team which may include developers, analysts, UX and UI designers, and others to ensure experiences are implemented correctly
- Being the SME in the room. Pinpointing business and technical requirements, you are the linchpin between customer needs and technical options and possibilities.
- You have an advisory role and guide the customer towards an approach that best fits their needs
- Translating and guiding clients in finding the best solutions for their challenges
- Guaranteeing that our optimisation team have a full, prioritised backlog
- Liaising with clients to update programme progress ensures alignment of optimisation projects with the client's business goals, transitioning from a holistic view to specific ongoing delivery.
- You will be presenting the impact benefits via QBR and bi-annual reviews developing and refining the communication of the technical to varied audiences.
What we want from you:
- Proven digital experience in Optimisation across multiple client portfolio types and sizes
- Experience in Optimisation Tools such as Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target, Webtrends Optimize, Bloomreach
- Can demonstrate experience in leading and managing complex optimisation programmes
- Proactive problem solving and an eye for detail – particularly in aligning requirements and deliverables
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment - good time management and multitasking skills across multiple projects and accounts are key
- You can facilitate project meetings and workshops presenting information to clients and audiences of all levels
- Tracking project timelines and delivery
- Managing client relationships and stakeholders at all levels
- Accurate and clear reporting on both programme performance and business metrics
If you know some of this, even better:
- Demonstrate strategic approaches in growing experimentation offerings
- Analytical and statistical theories can be demonstrated with real-World application and client outcomes
- Experience of analytics tools such as Content Square, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- A passion for experimentation, personalisation, data and analysis, keeping in close to industry trends and changes in the field.
- Understanding of all aspects of digital ecosystems, including paid media, social, organic etc and analytics, CX, technology
- Tangible experience of working with optimisation tools.
