As a Business Analyst on our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation, using your expertise in analysis, process optimization, and communication with stakeholders.

What you will do?

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to identify key opportunities for improvement in business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop functional specifications and process flows based on business needs, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support project management teams in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the implementation of improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Provide support in testing and validating new systems or process changes, ensuring effective adoption by end users.
  • Continuously monitor and assess business processes, recommending improvements where necessary to achieve operational efficiency.

What you will need?

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of the industry or specific domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is a plus.
