We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the organization’s growth and business needs. 

This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.

  2. Recruitment Coordination:

    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    • Manage candidate communications, providing timely feedback and updates.

    • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.

  3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  4. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

    • Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) to create reports, track KPIs, and provide insights on recruitment performance.

    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  5. Process Improvement:

    • Support the implementation of new tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.

    • Continuously refine recruitment workflows to deliver a seamless and inclusive hiring process.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, data visualization, etc.).

    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

    • Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and HRIS systems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or recruitment agency.

  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques.

  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
