We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Strategy & Analytics Manager to lead our data analytics and media operations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact (PoC) for all data analytics requests and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across website analytics, marketing/campaign analytics, UX analysis, CRM, dashboarding, tagging, and ad hoc requests. The role requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong leadership to guide a team of data and media professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analytics Leadership

    • Act as the key PoC for all data analytics requests, including website analytics, marketing/campaign analytics, UX analysis, CRM, dashboarding, tagging, and ad hoc data inquiries.

    • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support business decision-making processes.

  2. Tagging & Tracking

    • Serve as the regional lead for website tagging properties, overseeing analytics and remarketing efforts.

    • Ensure data tracking and accuracy are maintained, troubleshoot tagging issues, and collaborate with internal teams to implement fixes.

  3. Analytics & Media Reporting

    • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables to meet analytics and media reporting needs.

    • Reports may include competitor analysis, audience analysis, regular website and campaign performance reports, and post-campaign analyses (PCAs).

  4. Media Campaign Strategy

    • Conceptualize integrated media campaign strategies in collaboration with the strategy lead and social media lead.

    • Ensure content and media approaches are aligned, consistent, and effective.

  5. Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Translate approved campaign strategies into detailed individual platform execution plans.

    • Collaborate with the media team to execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.

  6. Team Management & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five, including ad operations specialists.

    • Integrate team efforts, ensuring timely delivery of outputs in adherence to industry best practices.

    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, media operations, and campaign strategy, with at least [X] years in a leadership/managerial role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM tools, and experience with tagging and tracking technologies.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing workflows, and delivering results through collaborative effort.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
