The Market Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent and effective brand management across all the client’s markets. This dynamic individual will act as the central point of contact for our network of agencies, working closely with the global team, local markets, and creative team to ensure brand alignment and successful execution of global marketing strategies. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creative excellence and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management Leadership: Lead the Brand Management workstream, overseeing the network of agencies across all the client’s markets. This includes ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Client Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports for the global client, providing updates on market activities, performance metrics, and key insights. Ensure all market activities align with the global brand strategy and guidelines. Manage communications to the agency network, disseminating important updates, best practices, and strategic direction.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to review and approve creative materials from local markets, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and adherence to the global brand strategy. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to agencies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global team, local markets, and the agency network. Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and agency management practices. Report learnings to Global Client Lead to implement solutions to enhance e6iciency and e6ectiveness.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, agency account management, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly build strong relationships within and outside of the agency network.
- A passion for creative advertising and a commitment to championing creative bravery.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of workflows.
- Ability to act as a unifying force, connecting and coordinating various workstreams across the client's global and local markets.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and collaborative team player.
Additional Details:
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Fluency in Italian is a plus but not essential
