Change Management & Enablement Lead required on a contract basis to lead the Tech Adoption for our offshore teams
This is a contract role with flexible remote/Hybrid working.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management & Enablement Lead to spearhead the successful adoption and utilisation of new technologies and processes across our global organization. In this leadership role, you will own the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users. You will lead a team of enablement professionals and be responsible for the overall success of our technology adoption initiatives
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Enablement Strategy: Define and implement the overarching change management and enablement strategy for new technology and process rollouts, aligning with business objectives and driving user adoption.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enablement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, IT, business units, and end-users.
- User Role Definition: Oversee the development of clear and concise role profiles outlining responsibilities and system access needs for various user groups.
- Needs Analysis & Data Insights: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive needs analysis, including use case workshops and user surveys, to gather insights and measure adoption progress.
- Training Program Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and effective training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, videos) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Program Delivery & Facilitation: Ensure the successful delivery of training programs, adapting content to different audiences and learning styles.
- Feedback & Communication Management: Establish mechanisms for collecting, analyzing, and distributing user feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates, manage risks and issues, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Program Governance & Reporting: Work alongside a Programme Manager to maintain governance structures, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of enablement efforts.
What we want from you:
- Proven leadership experience: extensive experience in a Change Management, Enablement Lead, or similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful technology adoption initiatives.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable enablement plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience of working with off-shore teams
- Willingness to travel
