Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Project Manager in Communications to join our team focused on communications with Microsoft partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, and prior work in technology companies will be highly valued. This position involves close collaboration with the creative team and strategic partners to implement impactful marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do: 

  • Planning and execution of projects.
  • Daily client interaction and weekly follow-up meetings.
  • Requesting and managing tasks with the creative team.
  • Presenting results.
  • Identifying and receiving communication requests from our specific audience.
  • Reporting to and collaborating with their manager.
  • Implementing impactful marketing initiatives through strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and executing a dynamic demand-generation plan in collaboration with the regional GPS (Partners Team).
  • Promoting regional alignment with the GPS team to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Monitoring and tracking the execution and pipeline of each campaign through partners.
  • Planning and executing communication projects.
  • Daily interaction with clients and strategic partners.
  • Managing and coordinating with the creative team for task requests.
  • Presenting results and reporting to management.
  • Implementing marketing and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Monitoring and tracking campaigns and their pipelines.

What you’ll need: 

  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in communications and/or marketing.
  • Ability to work with creative and strategic teams.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in technology companies is valued.
  • Ability to identify and manage communication requests.
  • Skill in fostering alignment and collaboration with regional teams.
