Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead and integrate multi-agency teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between VML and other´s CRM teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage client relationships at a regional level, acting as the primary voice across multiple agencies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM, with a focus on email marketing, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other emerging channels.

What you’ll do: 

  • Act as the main liaison between agencies and the client, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Lead and manage CRM teams across VML and other agencies, fostering collaboration and a unified approach.
  • Oversee the development and execution of CRM strategies, expanding channels beyond email marketing.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize CRM initiatives across LATAM.
  • Engage with global stakeholders and represent the agency in key discussions.
  • Ensure best practices in CRM, leveraging platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce (hands-on operation not required).

What you’ll need: 

  • Proven experience leading CRM capabilities and teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to integrate and align multi-agency teams.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, managing regional accounts.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Expertise in CRM strategies, particularly in email marketing, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Adobe or Salesforce.
