Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team in Cairo. This role requires a conceptual thinker with a strong visual portfolio and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of developing and executing award-winning campaigns across various platforms. You will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands and bringing their stories to life.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions for integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, print, and OOH.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to develop compelling and effective creative concepts.
  • Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior art directors and designers.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with the client's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute to the overall creative vision of the agency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the creative output of the agency.

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or design studio.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across different mediums.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
