Responsabilities:
Lead and support the project management team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This includes:
- Managing projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and follow agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Coaching and mentoring the team.
- Acting as the primary contact for issue resolution.
- Leading project meetings and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Estimating project costs and setting client expectations.
- Analyzing client needs and creating clear instructions for the delivery team.
- Documenting meeting minutes and ensuring clarity of requirements.
- Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed.
- Adhering to established team processes.
Requirements:
- We are seeking a highly organized and analytical client-facing Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong project ownership, excellent communication and diplomacy skills, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Deep knowledge of production processes, resource allocation, and the ability to define and implement new processes is essential.
- Fluent English (written and speaker)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite use
