Responsabilities:

Lead and support the project management team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This includes:

  • Managing projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and follow agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team.
  • Acting as the primary contact for issue resolution.
  • Leading project meetings and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Estimating project costs and setting client expectations.
  • Analyzing client needs and creating clear instructions for the delivery team.
  • Documenting meeting minutes and ensuring clarity of requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Adhering to established team processes.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and analytical client-facing Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in a similar operational role.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong project ownership, excellent communication and diplomacy skills, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, resource allocation, and the ability to define and implement new processes is essential.
  • Fluent English (written and speaker)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite use
