Account Manager for Medical Communication Services
Company: VML Health
Location: Flexible on remote working; can be based out of London or local European countries.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational aspects of projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, profitability of own client portfolio, and related development.
- Build meaningful and trusted relationships with clients by ensuring the position of the agency as their strategic partner.
- Interfaces with clients as the sole "go-to-person" for the assigned brand.
- Deep knowledge of the client's business and industry to be in the best position to deliver quality campaigns.
- Ensure client requests are handled efficiently by organizing accurate and thorough internal briefs.
- Work with the operations team to manage the production schedule, ensuring projects are delivered as instructed, on time, and within budget.
- Precise brief development and reliable oversight of project progress, finances and quality of work before it leaves the agency, ensuring it adheres to the client's approved brief.
- Closely collaborate with an international and interdisciplinary team.
- Refer to the Account Director team's satisfaction and project results.
- Stick to agency processes and financial policies, identifying ways to improve processes where needed.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
- A scientific degree and experience in marketing/economics will be considered a plus.
- 4 years of experience in the industry.
Skills:
- Level of English: from good to fluent, depending on the Business (Domestic/International).
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Power Point. The knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of the Agency’s offerings and industry trends.
- Communication – both written and spoken. Influencing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
