What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor copywriting teams in the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Write and edit clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various materials, including sales aids, brochures, websites, and digital content.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind the work.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines within the healthcare/pharmaceutical space.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
- A proven track record of developing successful HCP-targeted campaigns.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and regulatory guidelines.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
