Become a Senior Art Director - Health/Pharma & Tech (all genders) and join our Team in Berlin.
You Will:
- Conceptualize Global Campaign Concepts: Craft inspiring and impactful visual concepts, layouts, and experiences for health, pharma, and tech clients (B2B).
- Deliver Creative Art Excellence: Develop outstanding creative ideas that seamlessly align with the brand's identity and guidelines, while deeply resonating with the target audience.
- Research, Investigate, and Analyze Visual Trends: Stay ahead by researching and analyzing the latest design trends in healthcare, pharma, and tech. Understand user needs for specific activations and translate insights into innovative and effective visual solutions.
- Lead & Inspire: Independently lead projects, collaborating closely with your copy partner while guiding and providing constructive feedback to junior and mid-level art directors.
- Master the Details: Work hand-in-hand with creative directors, copywriters and the account team throughout the campaign lifecycle—from concept and execution to final delivery. Meet all project requirements with meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
- Own the Client Relationship: Create compelling presentations (PPT) and confidently present your work to clients, clearly communicating your vision and design rationale. Offer strategic and innovative solutions that align with client goals, strategy, and feedback—building strong, lasting partnerships.
You Are:
- An Experienced Visual Communicator: With 5+ years of experience, primarily focused on advertising in health/pharma/medical or tech, you possess a strong portfolio showcasing your outstanding work.
- A Conceptual Thinker and Skilled Designer: You possess a balanced blend of art direction, design, and conceptual skills, enabling you to generate big ideas and translate them into beautifully crafted and compelling visuals.
- A Scientific Visual Translator: You have a comfort level with scientific concepts and can effectively understand and visually communicate complex technical/scientific information while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Master Design Program & Principles: You demonstrate excellent skills in design program (Adobe, Microsoft, Miro, Figma is a plus) layout, typography and composition.
- A Collaborative Self-Starter: You have a proven ability to lead projects independently and effectively in partnership with your copy counterpart.
- A Detail-Oriented Executor: You have the ability to oversee all project aspects—from initial concept to final delivery—by meticulously managing details and timelines within the strategic framework and brief.
- A Master of Client Communication: You are a native/fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills (PPT) and have a talent for building strong client relationships.You engage confidently in client meetings, effectively present creative work, and demonstrate a clear understanding of client goals, strategies, and feedback.
