đź’ˇ Role in a nutshell:

Are you a social media pro with a passion for strategy and engagement? Join our agency and become a key force behind one of our most prominent clients' presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X). As a Social Media Manager, you'll co-create and execute comprehensive campaigns, collaborating closely with creative teams and the client to ensure content that captivates, engages, and aligns with platform requirements.

🥇 What will keep you busy during the day:

  • Creating and executing social media strategy: you will lead activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X), including planning, content scheduling, and coordinating actions in close collaboration with the client and strategy team.
  • Monitoring and analysis: reporting on results, analyzing key performance indicators, and recommending solutions for optimization
  • Client support: managing communication, preparing briefs and feedback, and coordinating team efforts to uphold the highest standards.
  • Innovative media solutions: identifying market trends, staying updated on new formats, and building partnerships with creators and media partners.
  • Managing B2B and PR projects: overseeing schedules, content publication, and strategic presence on LinkedIn.

🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Social Media Manager in a communication agency or similar environment, with experience working with major brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills, with expertise in platform requirements and specifications (IG, FB, YT, X, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytical tools: such as Kontentino, Sharepoint, and Teams, along with solid reporting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and experience in conducting meetings and business presentations (also in English).
  • Independence and accountability: ability to manage projects from start to finish and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • High level of English proficiency (B2+/C1).
