Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead to influence strategy and make platform decisions. This role requires a technical understanding of digital capabilities and limitations, creativity to drive innovation and experiential solutions, and a strategic mindset to align with business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with developing digital and social campaign framework across multiple phases
- Oversee and manage the 1XP platform implementation and strategy
- Collaborate with digital strategists on microsite development and 1PD acquisition
- Drive innovation in digital experiences and interactive solutions
- Manage cross-functional relationships between strategy, creative, and technical teams
- Lead platform optimization and template development for efficient campaign execution
- Adapt global campaigns for African markets digitally
- Provide creative and strategic input for experiential and innovative OOH initiatives
What you'll need:
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media ecosystems
- Experience in UX/UI design and digital product development
- Strategic thinking and campaign planning capabilities
- Innovation and creative problem-solving abilities
- Technical understanding of web-based experiences
- Experience in managing digital transformation initiatives
