Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of brands, acting as the main point of contact for all CRM communication needs.
- Develop content strategies for CRM, including emails, SMS messages, push notifications, and chatbots.
- Implement and manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns through the CRM platform.
- Analyze customer data in the CRM to identify opportunities for improvement in communication and segmentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients on the performance of CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and technical team to ensure the correct implementation of CRM communication strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or communication, with at least 2 years of specific experience using CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM communication strategies for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt the message to different audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Customer and results-oriented.
Preferred Requirements:
- Certification in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other relevant CRM platforms.
- C1 level of English
