The opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Mid/Senior UX/UI (Product Designer) to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in both user experience and user interface design and is eager to craft exceptional online experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You will be at the forefront of digital design, working collaboratively within a cross-functional team to create impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients and projects. This platform features a marketplace of curated applications designed to increase productivity and streamline workflows across media, production, brand management, commerce, creative processes, customer experience, PR, and data analysis.

What you'll get to do:

  • Create design artefacts including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI elements.
  • Optimize our software products by applying complex design systems and improving our UI components.
  • Adhere to user-centered design practices, conversion principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions that caters for all use cases.
  • Communicate and justify UX decisions to internal teams and clients, including C-Suite executives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality and user experience through iterative design, research, and feedback integration.
  • Engage with clients directly, including on-site interactions, to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Your passion for both UX and UI design drives you to find smarter ways of creating outstanding online experiences across various products, services, sectors, devices, and channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional shopper experiences while continually seeking to innovate and improve. Your proactive learning attitude and eagerness to share knowledge make you a valuable team player who contributes positively to the collective effort.

You understand the critical role of bridging the gap between UX and UI. With a strong user-first mindset, you possess the maturity and initiative to ensure client satisfaction, including the flexibility to work on-site with clients when needed. Your ability to integrate user experience insights with visual design elements helps create engaging and conversion-focused interfaces. Above all, you are dedicated to contributing to the continual improvement of design quality and user experience, knowing that when our clients succeed, we succeed.

You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we’ll need you to be available until 18:00 PL

What we offer:

  • Salary depending on presented skills: 80-130 PLN/h (B2B contract) 
  • Fully remote job as well as possibility to visit our offices in Poznań, Katowice and Bydgoszcz
