We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who is passionate about technology and keen to be part of an agency and team with ambitious ideas.
Working as a core part of the cross-functional team, you’ll be one of the main point of contact for the client. Working closely with the Senior Account Director and the wider CRM team, you will be leading data-driven CRM campaigns (including emails and push notifications) and delivering toolkits that can be used by the different markets.
The successful candidate will work alongside all departments within the agency such as Creative and Strategy.
What you’ll be doing
On a day to day, you will…
- Be the main client point of contact for the client.
- Working with key clients you will understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure VML are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the team as and when required
- Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process
- You’ll be presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary
- Also be working with the data team you will support data strategy development to ensure the optimum audience for CRM communications
- Working closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, as well as supporting with end-of-month invoicing
- Partner with the implementation team ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system
- Troubleshooting ad hoc issues and requests and issues
- Contributing to and supporting on larger strategic opportunities
- Maintaining essential team administration
