We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital part of the creative process, crafting compelling and accurate copy for a variety of materials across different platforms. You will become an expert on our brand, target audience, and voice, ensuring all content aligns with our overall strategy. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with editorial, creative, medical, and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality work that meets all requirements and deadlines.
What you’ll do:
- Grow a solid understanding of the overall brand, target audiences and voice of brand
- Research therapeutic topics, industry trends and adapt findings to support brand strategies
- Write clear, concise and accurate copy appropriate to relevant format/medium (print, digital, online, social) as well as prepare materials for medical and regulatory reviews
- Become familiar with how to markup comments, annotate projects properly and perform correction checks and revisions
- Partner with editorial and creative team members to ensure clean and accurate content in all pieces
- Provide support to the overall Creative team and contribute to tactical, strategic and creative ideas
- Manage workload and timing well to ensure all deadlines are met
What you’ll need:
- Ability to execute in a supporting role and offer own contributions to projects
- Strong written skills, communication skills and confidence with presenting to internal teams
- Beginner level of fluency in brand strategy and benefits, voice of the brand and how it differs for various audiences
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic and conceptual thinking
- Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry is a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, science or related field or 0-2 years of equivalent experience
