We're seeking junior Art Director who has an ambition to grow conceptually.

 

As an ideal candidate, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on international brands at an advertising agency. You’re passionate about visual trends in the creative arts and their use for commercial communication. You have great attention to detail, you are curious about the world and have the urge to finding innovative solutions within any task or medium – be it a campaign idea, a wobbler, or an Instagram post. You’re also an optimistic individual who enjoys working in a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates original ideas to solve communication problems - in partnership with other creatives and marketing teams
  • Develops and executes ideas across communication channels and formats with a particular focus to digital, social and shopper - and ensures that this is visually consistent and compelling.
  • Understands the clients’ marketing and business objectives and the requirement for creative ideas to deliver on these needs.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of design trends, social media trends, and best practices – and the ability to apply this knowledge to everyday work.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing both design skills and conceptual thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in video editing, animation or drawing is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.
