The Account Executive Intern will support the account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of agency life and gain hands-on experience in client management, project coordination, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Assist account executives in daily communication with clients, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
• Project Coordination: Support the team in managing project timelines, tasks, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Meeting Support: Prepare materials for client meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up notes.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and other research activities to support account planning and strategy development.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the account management team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Social Media Monitoring: Track client social media presence and report on key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion: A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and client management.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
