A quién buscamos

En VML, buscamos a un(a) Supervisor(a) de Cuentas para gestionar eficientemente las cuentas de nuestro cliente. Este rol implica coordinar equipos internos, asegurar el cumplimiento de las solicitudes y expectativas de los clientes, y supervisar la implementación de campañas. Además, serás responsable de mantener una comunicación fluida con el cliente para garantizar su satisfacción y el éxito de los proyectos.

Qué harás

  • Supervisar el desarrollo e implementación de campañas.
  • Gestionar tiempos y plazos a través de cartas Gantt.
  • Coordinar equipos para cumplir con las solicitudes de los clientes.
  • Administrar reuniones con clientes y con el equipo.
  • Realizar control diario de estatus en planillas Excel, negociando tiempos de implementación con el cliente cuando sea necesario.
  • Supervisar la recepción y desarrollo de materiales de las grillas de medios.
  • Coordinar reuniones internas y externas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Social Media para coordinar y ejecutar la grilla de AON.

Requisitos del cargo

  • Experiencia previa de 3 a 5 años en agencias de publicidad.
  • Habilidades de inglés (deseable).
  • Experiencia en la categoría retail (excluyente).
  • Habilidades demostradas en coordinación y gestión de equipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
