Key Responsibilities:
As an E-commerce Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution to drive digital growth for top brand clients. You will identify e-commerce challenges, define strategies, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable results.
What you will do:
- E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive week-on-week revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital specialists, requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure effective execution of the strategy.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients and manage stakeholder expectations, using your communication and negotiation abilities to align goals and ensure success.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to enhance both online and offline sales.
Who you are:
- Strategic & Results-Oriented: You develop data-driven strategies with a clear focus on driving growth and achieving measurable results.
- Leadership & Collaboration: You lead teams effectively, ensuring smooth execution through strong collaboration.
- Client & Stakeholder Alignment: You manage relationships and expectations with ease, aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Hands-On Optimization: You take a hands-on approach to continually optimize e-commerce performance and maximize sales across channels.
What you'll need:
The basics
- More than 5 years of experience in digital, with at least 3 years in e-commerce.
- Proven experience in leading teams and being commercially responsible for a digital sales channel or large product category.
- Experience in aligning stakeholders and managing expectations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Flexibility to work in our office and our client's offices when needed.
- Display excellent business communications skills in both Dutch and English, and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Currently living in The Netherlands with a valid work permit.
Bonus points
- Preferably, experience in the retail or FMCG industry.

Our compensation:
- A monthly gross salary from 5,400€ and up to 7,500€, based on experience.
- A gross annual 8% holiday allowance pay.
